TGIF! Development News for July 26, 2019

Happy Friday everyone!

We have a pretty stuffed TGIF for you this week, so let’s get to what’s new in development news:

Content Release Notes



Refreshed Crates with new Legendary items are now available in all games! Make sure to pick up a Master Three-Pack for a guaranteed Legendary drop!

Crafting is also out for the Hong Kong Location in Mob Wars: LCN, so if you’re in that Location head on over to the Workshop and see what you can make!

Pirate Clan 10th Annivers-arrrr-y!

Happy 10th birthday to Pirate Clan, which celebrated sailing the Seven Seas for over a decade this week on July 25th!

As thanks for playing the game for so many years, we’ve added anniversary achievements to Pirate Clan for having an account that is 1, 3, 5 or 10 years old! Log in if you haven’t already to see what you’ve unlocked.

Summer Newsletters

Quick update that we started sending the Summer Newsletters out earlier this week. If you haven’t received one yet, make sure to check your Spam or Promotions folders for them.

If you missed it, fear not, the reward links will be posted here in the forums once the sending process is complete.

Mobile Updates

Version 3.0.1 is now rolling out across all App Stores and platforms. This update has major improvements to the boot up process and reduces the overall size of the app. We had a couple hiccups with version 3.0.1 on iOS 13 yesterday, but those have been fixed up! There was also an issue with missing player images on the Social Feed and Game History, this has been fixed.

New this week to the mobile apps are the addition of the Attack/Defense related Elite positions to the Fight result screen. It shows you if you have any friends filling those positions, and if not it will allow you to post a request for your friends to join your Elite from the Social feed! Just tap the icons to post the request.



Support Notes

A couple other things to wrap up the week:

The Facebook issue with the pop-up modal should be resolved by now as Facebook announced they fixed the bug yesterday. The roll-out process seems to be still in progress as some browsers have received the fix and some haven’t.

As we mentioned yesterday, we are seeing some issues with Super Rewards taking some extra time in delivering Favor Points purchased through them. You can read more information about that here and we’ll update that thread if we get any further updates.
