Where is support ..why can i not submit a ticket ?

    i have tried and tried to submit a ticket to support and i cannot ...why ? i gifted some favour points to a member and i have the reciept.....but they have NO favour points .....why ...? where are they ?

    I don't know why you can't submit a ticket but it may have to wait until Tuesday to resolve.

    There is a glitch if you are trying to use your Facebook ID to log into support. Follow the instructions on right side of page.

    In any event,Kano closed today. Canadian holiday.
