This is something we actively investigate, and we appreciate players reporting suspicious accounts to us. If you have any questions or comments about a frozen account, please direct them through Support as the Forums are not the place to discuss account freezes, because of the sensitive account information involved. New Limited Items! A new week means new Limited Items! Here’s what’s up for grabs: Outfits Are on Sale for the Final Week of Beta! The Outfits Beta test is nearing its end and we’ve decided to go out with a bang by reducing costs! As of today, the current Outfits will be available at half the original price and will stay there for a week until we take the feature down for review. If you already picked up one or more of the currently available Outfits at the old price, send us a Support ticket letting us know and we’ll return the difference in Favor Points to your account balance! * A big thank-you to everyone who participated in this Beta! Are you ready for the onslaught of seasonal music, crowded shopping centers, flashing lights and visiting relatives? No? Well, too bad for you then. We encourage feedback whenever possible and you guys are great about letting us know when you're worried about something or feel like an aspect of the games aren't working right. The usual trend is that when things are working and players are enjoying themselves, we don't hear a lot of direct feedback. However, our goal is not simply to weed out issues, but also to identify what elements of the game are important to our players so we can preserve and enhance them, as well as carry those aspects over to new content. We can make assumptions that if we release content and are seeing a lot of activity around it, that players like it, but this doesn't provide us with much fine detail. If you see something in the game that is new and find that it's working out for you, consider popping into the forums (there will often be a feedback thread for new content) to let us know, or send us a ticket in support with a quick note about what you saw and why you like it. This is hugely helpful in keeping development steered in the right direction.
