PC/VC/LCN/ZS Cache Server Failure around 3am PT + 3pm PT Monday June 23

I think there's some misunderstanding here about how we manage our servers, which is OK, that's not something that is common knowledge. We don't have someone sitting in a room with them pressing a button every half an hour so they don't go down; our web servers are remotely managed from here in the office. On the rare occasion that they do go down, our Network team receives an instant alert and are on it within seconds (even at 3 AM, I have several chat logs that shows our team is up at all hours of the night from time to time). The outage on Monday lasted less than five minutes and while there were some lingering effects we got people back and playing their games in short order.
