[KanoPlay] Notifications are not showing up and payment issues

    I don't get a red number notification whenever I have new squad notifications, rivals, faction messages, and new messages. I also received this email a few days ago:

    We're sorry, but we were unable to complete order ********. The charge to your credit card has been canceled.

    Please e-mail us at payments@trialpay.com if you have any questions.

    Please help. Thanks in advance

    use Pay pal , as far as the other issue, send a report to support, I know sometimes myspace has issues out of kano's control but do send a report
