So I heard about this Kano computer kit that teaches the basics of computer hardware and programming to kids of all ages. here's a video review for people unfamiliar . Right now I'm in high school with some programming experience , but with no computer hardware experience. would this be a worthwhile purchase? Or would I not gain any useful skills?

Just for the record, this is a new spamming technique it plays with intrigue to make you google what they're promoting But to answer the threads title...No it's not worth it, for the $279 you could by all the real computer components you need to make a real PC, then consult google/youtube.
