Kano is closed on the weekends, so they likely will not respond, here, best thing I can tell you is to send in a ticket to support, they open tomorrow and depending on how many tickets are before you , they will eventually respond. In the meantime, clear the cache and reboot, your computer, and when you do talk to them tell them what platform you play on, and they will need your ID# but do not post that here.
