It looks like once you start a syndicate, you're in it forever unless you can find someone to take it over right? If you're the leader you can't leave without naming one of the officers as your replacement. So does that mean that even one-man syndicates once they are created are there forever and the person who started it can't abandon it and join a different one? And smaller ones can't dissolve and have the members join larger ones?
