FB: 82 Kong/Armor: 1 The majority of permanently frozen accounts are frozen for being a shared or alternate account. This is something we actively investigate, and we appreciate players reporting suspicious accounts to us. If you have any questions or comments about a frozen account, please direct them through Support as the Forums are not the place to discuss account freezes, because of the sensitive account information involved. New Limited Items! A new week means new Limited Items! Here’s what’s up for grabs: Raid Boss: The Hacker Ring is back The Hacker Ring Raid Boss event is on now! Search for keys and unlock new fights until April 20th. Earth Day Calendar New Loyalty Items Our illustrators are putting the finishing touches on a new set of Loyalty Items, and they should be released before the end of next week. We will also be revisiting the stats of the previous set. Keep an eye out for updates! Weekend Arenas We've had a number of comments from players who found it challenging to participate in Wednesday Battle Arenas, and suggested that moving some events to a weekend might work better. To further explore this idea we ran a feedback survey regarding the Arena schedule so we could get a clearer idea of the interest in a weekend event. Responses were pretty heavily in favor of including a weekend slot, so we've established a new cycle where every 2nd event will be held on a Saturday, and lined everything up so it won't overlap with other busy events such as the Syndicate Wars or Raids. The next Arena will take place Saturday, May 2nd at 2:00 PM PDT! Support Report Happy weekend! I’ve been taking over some of Mister Mi7ch’s posting duties while he’s out of town. I’m not on the forums that much, so please excuse the occasional error on my part. Our esteemed Community Manager will be back later next week and service will resume as normal. Thank you to everyone this week who, when asking to have their Chat restored, took the time to acknowledge why behaviour rules exist and offered to be more careful with their messages in the future.
