[KanoPlay] support

    Is support really backed up? Sent 2 tickets yesterday early morning and have received no reply at all, one was before business hrs and the other 10am

    Yes Support is currently a bit behind, but I believe that your tickets are still within the normal reply window. If you don't hear anything back from them soon, please contact me via PM and I'll look into it.
