[VC] Remove banned player option

Instead of just seeing this account is no longer available, there should be an option to remove the person from your chieftains without having to go and search for them, makes removing banned people on the god bounties much easier, especially if you don't ha e the time to see the name

I'm actually for this, I even gave it 5 stars. It's particularly hard in LCN, because the names are so common and a lot of players just take the randomly generated one. Another suggestion that makes sense that either 1) can't be implemented due to coding or some other such thing, or 2) simply won't be implemented or even considered. We'll wait and see what the "official" response will be, if there is one. Sigh.
