Think of it this way justin, if he created an auto gifting script that in no way affects others only benefits and since he created it and used it in game, kano could therefore use it to their own gain (stated above about this). Kano implements said code for everybody ingame then everybody has auto gifting making the game better. Scripts should be looked at on a per basis given what they do in game be it UI changes or helpful changes that could potentially benefit all. @mi7ch Since it is his own script and he is using it in game that means you guys could use it and implement in game if you deem it is beneficial. (thats how im interpreting the way the ToU is written with snippets given above) i know that it isnt explicitly giving permission to the person that is why i said indirect since it can be viewed as giving permission to the player without stating. Though since it is indirect permission in knowing and allowing said script, the indirect permission could be taken away without any notice lol hence why its a grey area.
