To Have or Not to Have. That's the Question.

I happen to think that MONEY RULES the game. My Bank Balance: $61,900,223,081,600 is quite a feat, as I manage it carefully. I also believe that it has a greater role than many who play with a zero balance. What are some of the advantages of having this money vs NOT having it while playing and explain what it can accomplish if used wisely? EX. Say if u could buy large lots of property, what affect does that bring to ur play? THANKS.
