    TGIT! Here’s your development news round-up for the past week!

    Player Bans March 23 - March 29

    As a reminder, the following numbers are permanently frozen accounts, and don't count temporary freezes.


    The majority of permanently frozen accounts are frozen for being a shared or alternate account. This is something we actively investigate, and we appreciate players reporting suspicious accounts to us.

    If you have any questions or comments about a frozen account, please direct them through Support as the Forums are not the place to discuss account freezes, because of the sensitive account information involved.

    New Limited Items!

    A new week means new Limited Items! Here’s what’s up for grabs:


    Easter Long Weekend

    Tomorrow (April 3) is Good Friday so the Kano office is closed. As such any tickets that are sent in later tonight or tomorrow will see a slightly longer delay in answering than normal, but it is back to business as usual next Monday (April 6).

    This is a short week for us, as Kastle Kano will be closed on Friday for the Easter long weekend.

    The Spring newsletter went out this week, along with a complementary reward item and boost. Apologies to Zombie Slayer players on Kano Play, who ran into issues with the Stamina link! If you haven't already claimed your rewards, you can do so here.

    A quick reminder about Support! The ticket queue is sorted by message time, and updating your ticket before we can reply will reassign the time stamp, effectively bumping it to the back of the line.

    Our Support team prides itself on getting to messages well within the stated 2 business day limit, but may miss tickets that keep getting updated before we can open them.

    If we haven't yet responded and you would like to send us more information, just create a fresh ticket instead updating your previous one. We can always merge tickets later if they are part of the same issue.
