Player Bans August 30 - September 5 As a reminder, the following numbers are permanently frozen accounts, and don't count temporary freezes. KPs2:1 The majority of permanently frozen accounts are frozen for being a shared or alternate account. This is something we actively investigate, and we appreciate players reporting suspicious accounts to us. If you have any questions or comments about a frozen account, please direct them through Support as the Forums are not the place to discuss account freezes, because of the sensitive account information involved. Some of you may remember that last week we introduced a new member of the Kano Team, Melissa, or @the all sparkle here on the forums. She's learning super quickly and is taking over a big chunk of tickets, which is fantastic, as it frees me up to work on some neat new projects we have coming up. From here on out I'll be writing less tickets replies and more ingame content and promotional materials, but don't worry, I'll still be doing up a blurb for the TGIF most weeks and you may even see more of me helping out around the forums. In other Support-related news, we experienced a couple odd issues with sales of the new crates when they were released on Facebook. Very few people, if any, should have been affected. But just in case, any Facebook/Server1 players who bought crates between Sept 3 and 8th and noticed anything odd about their payments are invited to please send us a ticket so we can check over the transaction.
