    TGIF! Here’s your development news round-up for the past week!

    Player Bans November 8 - November 14

    As a reminder, the following numbers are permanently frozen accounts, and don't count temporary freezes.

    FB: 42

    The majority of permanently frozen accounts are frozen for being a shared or alternate account. This is something we actively investigate, and we appreciate players reporting suspicious accounts to us.

    If you have any questions or comments about a frozen account, please direct them through Support as the Forums are not the place to discuss account freezes, because of the sensitive account information involved.

    Thanksgiving Weekday Calendar

    What do you get if you cross a turkey with an evil spirit? A poultrygeist! The Thanksgiving Weekday Calendar starts Monday November 24 at 10:00 am PST and wraps up on November 28 at 10:00 pm PST.

    The Kano servers underwent a big upgrade this past Wednesday, and while we had been carefully preparing for this for a while and weren't expecting there to be many issues, we did our best to give players a heads up had all hands on deck monitoring the change over and ready to manage any potential problems.

    Happily, the upgrade took pretty smoothly. The only problems were with a small subset of the remaining Raid Bosses still being battled in Mob Wars: LCN. Devs jumped right in and were able to resolve this issue in under an hour. :)

    As previously mentioned, Support loves it when players include screenshots with their tickets. Pretty much every device now contains tools to help users create them quickly and easily, such as the Snipping Tool included with Windows 7 and later.

    Technically, you CAN also take a photo of your monitor with your phone or digital camera and send that to us, however these images are often poorer quality, WAY bigger than they need to be, and are sometimes in a file format difficult to use on the web.

    If you need to grab an image of your screen and are not sure how, consider doing a quick search in your device's Help for "Screenshot" to see what options are available. We also have a basic How To guide in our Knowledgebase.

    since the update i have gotten fb cards and always work but since then i had to wait till the next day to use them because it will pop up that i have to bring them back to the store and get it active and when i do they tell me i have and i return home and what do u know it works after 12 hours of waiting
