Whenever a player writes in about something weird or wonky happening on their game, there is a short list steps we will almost always suggest they try: - Refreshing the page - Logging out and clearing their browser's cache (including cookies, history, etc) - Updating their browser to the latest version - Checking that JavaScript is enabled (Visit http://www.activatejavascript.org ) These steps may seem tedious to all you technically-minded folk, but you'd be amazed how often problems are resolved by this process, so please considered giving them a try before sending us a ticket. Also, if you HAVE already tried these or any other steps to resolve or troubleshoot the issue on your side, please include that info with your ticket.
