I have one current "Single Boss" unlocked which I will soon complete. All my other bosses are locked at 48 hours and the times are not going down. The "Coop Bosses" are all fine and at present only one boss is locked but the clock for that one IS ticking down. I am now stuck unable to do the job to open China, thus making it difficult to advance in the game! Is there some procedure in the game I'm missing that is preventing the Bosses unlocking, or is this a bug in the system?
It sounds like you have 1 Single Boss engaged in battle, if so all other bosses will be locked until you kill that boss or the battle ends. You can only have 1 Single Boss and 1 Coop Boss battle going at a time. You can have unlimited friends boss battles going.
