Any one know how to take screen shots?

Ok i got the hunter thing(for screen shots) that para showed me.....But how do you put them on the forum?

 

When you are writing a message on the forum scroll down below the Message box and you will see Additional Options. Within there is Manage Attachments which will allow to browse for files and then uploaded them along with your message. Hope that helps!
