Reporting Update April 19th, 2017

Hey everyone,

As of this afternoon we are removing the report feature in World Chat. This is one of the changes we'll be rolling out over the next few weeks as we work towards improving how we moderate Chat and while offering you additional options to interact and be social with your fellow players.

Instead of hitting the report button, if you believe a player may be breaking the chat rules you will need to write a ticket to us in support at support.kanoapps.com. We understand this might create a barrier to reporting Chat posts, but it will let the posts that are most in need of our attention get through to us and will reduce the instances of messages being reported unnecessarily. The Mute tool is still available, and we encourage liberal use of that if you don't care for another player's conduct.
