Profile - Arming Tally

When you tally this, where do you get the numbers from? Per my gear, (im not posting anything but Im sure you can look) I would think Id have alot more points then it shows under weapons, gear and vehicles. (personal looks right)

For a brief time yesterday it all looked right, (like all my weapons, gear and vehicles I use added up correctly)but now it looks wrong once again and I do not understand how this is added up.
