as an update. Kano has been fabulous in responding the information given them through the support email in the top level thread. Kudos for jumping on this and staying in touch when we send the info in! Fingers crossed we can get back to the fast pace. I remember being so excited when we got KP and didn't have to deal with the FB advertising and recommendations gumming up the works. at this point though i miss the days when that was the problem lol.
