    I didn't get my fp when i did this and haven't heard anything after 5 days and 3 tickets that i submitted to support.

    Support answers tickets Monday - Friday and will generally respond within 48 hours. Because of how the system they use works, if you reply to your own ticket before they do, it will count as a "new" reply and push it down in the queue.

    I'll see where you are, if you used the same email to sign up for the forums as for Support. If not, shoot me a private message on here with your info.

    Edit: They responded to you around an hour ago.

    mmmm. I haven't heard anything from anyone. I got a change password email, but that was when as suggested i was trying to get those points. I can post a screen shot from my phone to prove that i have it downloaded, but I;m sure you all can see verify that on your end. whatever you can do would be appreciated. thank you.
