mobile phone : PC working, but VC doesn't recognize me

    Logging into my Facebook account on my Samsung Galaxy 4, Pirate Clan played with no problem, but Viking Clan didn't recognize me and set me back at Level One LOL

    Are you going through kanoplay.com? Make sure that you are logged into Server 1 (Facebook) and not Server 2.

    If you are logged into Server 1 and you're still showing as Level 1, then you'll need to contact Support and they will sort your account out. :)
