[LCN] Lagging and very slow game in Sweden, Luleå and Waterford Michigan.

    Hi.
    Communicating with my mob pal in Michigan and it seems that we both have the same issue.
    Game is lagging enormously and not uploading properly.
    Everything is slow like playing on the classic 386.
    This is very disturbing!
