Kano games running painfully slow

What is going on? I have to click 3-4 times to hit bosses, to do outbrakes, etc. And this is happening on two pc's. At home and at work. So its not a internet provider problem. Please investigate Kano. Thank you.

P.S. This is happening on hi5 network.

 

I'm having the same problem but I would guess it's Hi5 being slow rather then Kano.

 

I'm noticing a slower game play experience on Facebook as well.

 

Are you still having issues? Everything looks to be fine on our end.

 

I randomly have those issues sometimes as well. Facebook player.

 

Seems to be ok now on Hi5. Thanks.

kano off line???? i get a white page trying to load up grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

 

We seem to have had issues with LCN that started at about 1am PT, looks to be some connectivity issues that we are looking into now.

Usually we get alerts when things like this happen but we didn't for this one.
