July 22th- Developer Update (Loadout and Inner Circle Update)

    Couple updates today:
    -Loadout now allows for arming all weapons, mateys, and ships
    -Inner Circle has been increased to 12 positions (unlocked by level)

    bug going on.

    the matey is showing on the profile as armed and shows in the detail when attacking.

    however,its not being shown in the defense detail.

    When defending, the 4th item does not counted. Is this on purpose?
