The game uses your highest attack weapons in attack and highest defense weapons when being attacked. Depending on your level, job drops offer the best available vehicles.

Thank You Ice Queen for your kind response...could i ask you another question in here rather than spamming up the thread board with my newbness?...I notice that alot of people are defending with something called a EQD bomb suit and I'm now level 170ish and haven't come across said armour ....is this a drop item I'm missing? or does the godfather want to spank me again for more of my cash? kind regards Darcotics
I think it was a drop item very early in the game. Maybe around February.... Look at doing friends Moscow and Tokyo boss fights as they have the best drop Armour. Remeber there is a minimum damage you need to do to qualify for the drops on completion.
The EOD Bomb Suit was a $10,000 special offer item like the Snub Nose Revolver that's currently being offered.
