you only need to send in one. you'll get a generic response. and probably no resolution, but you will get a response at least.
If you had read the TGIF that was posted to ALL of us.....Today ( Monday ) is a holiday in Canada...kano is closed until Tuesday....they will get to your ticket...
Sending in multiple tickets will most likely put you at the bottom of the list replied to as well. They answer order received, so say you sent one in Friday and sent another today=Monday. In essence you just bumped your ticket order down by 3 days LOL
