so i'm lvl 1700 and the guy that keeps attacking me is lvl 4500, he hitlists me every single day, I NEVER attack back, this has been going on for the last week......Yesterday i set up a rigged ignition but that was only time i've done any retaliation attacking, haven't ever attacked this guy at all...
yes it is just part of the game. maybe if you have someone you are clan with that is around his level that could help you with him that might help.
The other guys are right, this is a fighting game so expect people to attack you. A lot. There are a few tricks you can try, however. See here and here.
