[KONG] Buy & Earn Favor Points!

i have 556 kreds, but am not able to purchase godfather points ...... 275 Favor Points for 500 Kreds.

i get the kong " preparing your order " loading pop up.. & thats it, won't go any further?

hapening on firefox, & google chrome. so its not my browser......

bought the kreds tonight through my kong profile.. just can't get the gfpts through kano mobwars LCN game

 

submitted the prob to kong.. looks like they just forward it to kano,lol

Kong is awsome!! 100x better then ms free chat n stuff, & normaly has no probs..

you should contact support useing a ticket
go to profile tab on game and under your mob avatar theres a contact support form
this is where you should proceed to inform of your situation
