Boss Battles and Power Attack Items

There is a bit of a tiff in group chats about this and I needed to get this straightened out

When the owner gets all the unlocks done for the bosses, do they stay unlocked for good or do they reset every time you do that same boss at a different level?

..is the loadout important for boss fights or does the boss get attacked by all yr mob. O used to think that only load out was used, as thats what o could see on the page being used........So as a percentage of total attack, how would u rate loadout ? please
