[LCN] attacks being stopped so others can attack

    when I am attacking and someone else attacks it stops my attacks and says that the syndicate is being attacked by another..why is it my attacks are stopped and not the other person.

    They were attacking first i believe.

    I think there is a problem - either Server related or something more complex - certainly there are problems just now with freezing
