i don't post much, but this new city brought me here today.
it's a very nice city...... and thanks for giving us something new to build upon.... but honestly..... this city was a mistake. here is my rational for this statement....
you built a new city, for 13 people. only 13 accounts were able to get immediate access to it.... and the way it goes, maybe 25-30 will have it for the next 3-4 months. now, understand this.... i DO have access.... so what i say isn't said from selfishness, or jealousy. what is the point of building a city for 1% of the players of a game ? if you wanted to give us weapons.... you could have gone back into older cities, and done your elite & optimal upgrades on the already thousands of useless items we all hold. or..... you could have taken those already optimized, and made a few new tiers for them, like platinum & diamond tiers. you'd save on graphic development costs, and allow us to use things we already have at this level, that are so totally useless now in their present incarnations. you gave us a city not 2 months ago, and the drops and items there were perfectly fine ! these new items aren't SO much better ( yes they're better, but not by leaps & bounds ! ) then what we already had access to. and, this is NOT the way to retain membership in the game.
to retain membership.... you need to look where your medium, average player is level-wise, and help them to get stronger, and to want to stay & play & spend. if i were a mid level player here, i'd look at the highest levels, and say ' i have NO shot of beating them '..... spend a few minutes doing what i need to, to stay current, and leave until tomorrow, and do it all over again. there is presently no incentive for your mid range players to excel !!!! be realistic..... those spending will almost always con't to do so. you need to entice those not spending, to dig into their wallets. you also need to retain your free members, as they add to the ranks, and give those who do pay, others to fight with. if opponent pools dry up.... there is no game left, everyone stops spending, and the game shuts down.
i truly feel you need to take stock, and start to realize that if you want to keep the game infinite & thriving, there is a need to address ALL Players.... not just the high leveled elite. there are plenty of other things to do to build upon what you already have with lcn.... but i don't wanna be the only one with suggestions.
thanks for reading. i am not knocking anyone or kano..... i love this game, as those in kano are already aware..... i just think you need to rethink what is important here is all.
