Player Bans September 13 - September 19 As a reminder, the following numbers are permanently frozen accounts, and don't count temporary freezes. FB: 3 KPs2: 6 The majority of permanently frozen accounts are frozen for being a shared or alternate account. This is something we actively investigate, and we appreciate players reporting suspicious accounts to us. If you have any questions or comments about a frozen account, please direct them through Support as the Forums are not the place to discuss account freezes, because of the sensitive account information involved. New Limited Items! A new week means new Limited Items! Here’s what’s up for grabs: New Battle Drops! We released some new Battle Drops to the game this past week. These drops are for levels 14k+. About That New Location... Late last month we teased a new location for Pirate Clan to be released in September. As the more astute of you might have noticed, the end of September is quickly approaching and there is no new location. We’ve unfortunately had to delay the release of the new location with the intent of getting it out in the next couple of weeks. Earlier this month we hit a couple roadblocks and had to reevaluate how we were planning and releasing new locations. The downside is that we had to push off the new content for September, but the upside is that this should mean more locations more frequently. I apologize for stringing everyone along this month, but things were kind of up in the air for a while. The new Pirate Clan location will hopefully be out in the next couple of weeks. Thanks for your understanding. Facebook Chat! At some point today the developers will be adding a new chat interface to both Facebook and the Kano Play version of Facebook. This coincides with the Wars. If anything goes funky with the update the chat will be pulled, but hopefully you'll be able to make use of it over the weekend! Pistol Whip Leaderboards and Achievements! You know what’s satisfying? Whipping your foes with the butt of your pistol. You know what’s even more satisfying? Seeing your whips go up on the leaderboard and getting achievements for it! We’ll be implementing a “Hardest Pistol Whip” leaderboard in the game today with the related achievements coming next week. Another long week; the trend of high request numbers and longer response times has been continuing. We're currently working to change things up on our end to improve the speed and service we provide, but in the meantime a big thank you to everyone for your patience. An update on the Facebook purchases situation: it looks like the new systems in place that handles transactions have been making extra checks before applying orders to player's accounts. This can sometimes result in a few extra minutes of delay, but things looks like they're working and orders are coming through just fine. What a low blow to the high levels on that location. Made all these changes that werent needed and once again low blowed the high levels. And you wonder why the highest lvl player on kps2 pirate hasnt thrown a cent in your game for bout 3yrs.
Just further proof your right bout kano ripping off the high level players and then have nerve to say no there not.
Yeah I understand that it sucks to have to wait a couple more weeks to get a new location, but delays happens. Most developers tell people to "deal with it" and that it will be "done when it's done" but we're offering an valid explanation as to why this happened and giving you a new time line.

your Pw is random number within a range of numbers determined by the health of your opponent. Yes....its an extremely silly way to do it. You are more likely to do more damage to a higher and stronger level than that of a weaker opponent. In addition....the stronger u become the bigger your range which actually decreases your odds of getting your max PW.
Your right about it sucking. Maybe if Kano actually focused the bulk of its attention on the most neglected segment of the player population rather than heaping more content on those who already have years of content ahead of them ....it might help alleviate the suckiness for the players that have stuck with them all this time. Just a suggestion.
