I think that each syndicate should have a combined amount of money which consists of bounties they have collected, sort of like war points. It should say all the bounties you claimed and the total amount! It can run on the same system of gamer points and war points, the 3 syndicates with the most amount of bounty money earned wins, and show the top 30!
this idea could be tweeked and actually go somewhere though, what u have is a good start to something that can be done though
