Kano HQ has taken a turn for the chilly lately, and I've been drinking so much tea I feel like I'm on one of those "cleanse" diets. Support spend a fair bit of time on account investigations, and part of the routine is going through the long lists of accounts flagged by our systems and cleaning out profiles that show strong indications of being fake or alternative games. If you find yourself not able to access your game and think your account may have been mistaken for an alt, please contact us yourself so we can look into it. Anytime there is an issue, always reach out to us directly. as security concerns prevent us from discussing an account with anyone other than person who made it, and issues can be resolved much faster if we cut out middlemen. Plus, it looks just a wee bit suspicious if the "owner" of an account that has been disabled as a likely alt is mysteriously unwilling/unable to talk to us. If there are concerns about language, we have several bilingual staff members and all of us are highly experienced at deciphering messages via online translators or which simply have less-than-perfect English. Why do I have on my Rival Squads list the Punch and Hitlist links disabled? I checked, they are alive, and so called Honorable Hitlist Eligible? There is some new protection feature?
ha! I'd just come to ask about this None of these people are dead...so why are hitlist & punch button greyed out? It used to be that when a rival was in hospital the attack button was greyed out and when the rival was dead both attack and punch were greyed out
Now that you mention if it Noticed it also. hmmmmmm Just checked one of my games , and I had to click the name go to their page and slap from there, really makes you have to go the extra mile to get them but at least I got to whip,slap ,punch and list by going outside the box,glad you asked that question SS
For me its working nothing strange. However do the add the "protection mode"? If yes then well the are protect against your attack. If not well i think there is a reason about it. I think max attack/dmg. < just a suggest i don`t know.
well it is working better cause Smack came in and fixed it but it is still not 100% ,it happened last night around 9pm EST and he came in the forum and worked on it about an hour ago, If you notice the time of the my last post it it was 12 hours ago,till now
