Ever since I deleted my FB account (and I will not renew it. Ever) my Mob Wars picture has disappeared, even the generic pic is gone and I have a black square next to my name now. My familia messages me constantly that when they send me gifts they get weird messages that I am not a valid member. When I tried to contact Kano support I received a message that I have been recognized as a bot. I can assure you I am not a bot. Here I am: User ID 10201985572706287, joined 769 days ago.

What may have happened is the first time I went to Kano support, it gives the option to log in through FB or set up an acct through email. Since I deleted FB, I elected to set up the acct through email but when I did, it switched me over to Server 2 and was basically making me start all over again with a whole new acct. I never did start over again with Server 2 (why would I?) and clicked on Server 1 and still there as Blondie Bludgeons U but now I can't get help because my email is connected w/server 2

I would like my picture added (through Avatar, not FB). There may be more & more folks deleting their FB accounts and possibly encountering the same problems I have. Is there a way to switch my current acct to Server 2 which is not affiliated with FB without having to start a new MW acct all over again? I appreciate any help and answers here. I am thankful I was able to even register here in this forum and not get back the message "YOU HAVE BEEN RECOGNIZED AS A BOT" as I have previously received in Kano support. I realize this is not Kano Support per se, but hope my plea can be passed on to Kano Support.
