Why Have Kano still not responded to my Three emails sent. i know they probably dont work weekends but i really need feed back.. whats the average time it takes to respond?
kano office is closed over the weekend so theres probably a back log i will pass on your query to them
We aim to answer support inquiries in 24-48 hours when possible. Unfortunately, we don't have a Support person in on the weekends, so anything sent Friday evening or during the weekend won't be answered until Monday. We appreciate your patience, and will answer it as soon as we can. It's also important to mention that sending in multiple requests doesn't result in quicker response times, and actually usually bumps a request down in the queue because of how our system currently organizes requests. You should have theoretically received an automated response that told you most of this, although unfortunately some email services block these messages.
