Limit on attacks. Kano, You should have a limit in place. That level 60 tho +, can not attack level 6 tho +.
There already is a limit in place. The higher level cant attack the lower level unless the lower level opens themselves up by being attacked first. They can bounty and punch only...or work the hitlist.
No one can attack you unless you open the window, but attacking in any fashion first , but you can be whipped/slapped/punched and or listed.
