This is something we actively investigate, and we appreciate players reporting suspicious accounts to us. Power Heal Added to Fight Interface A small, community requested change was pushed out yesterday (check the News feed for the actual announcement) that added the Power Heal button to the Fight interface. I know that you have all heard this from us before but this week it's proven to be a bit of an issue so I thought I would touch on it again. When you send us a ticket to Support your ticket will be placed in a lineup; the oldest tickets are dealt with first, and the newest ones are added to the end of the line. Every time that you add to an existing it will get moved to the end of the line. It's like being in a grocery store checking and forgetting you needed eggs, or bread, or chocolate. You have to leave the line to grab your stuff, and when you come back you're at the end of the line. We want to be able to help you out as quickly as we can so if you have already sent in a ticket please wait for a reply from us! If you have more information, or help with another issue just send us a second or third ticket We're pretty quick on the turn around these days and you'll be answered within 48 hours, unless it's over a weekend, we're closed Saturday and Sunday so you won't receive our response until Monday. Old joke right there. A guy walks into a bar and sits down gets drunk. Next guy walks in gets drunk. First drunk guy says he can jump from the rooftop and hit the ground and jump back up no problem. Second guy says bull. First guy goes to the roof. Jumps off and bounces right back up. Second guy was amazed. He said how you do that. First guy said any drunk can do it give it a try. Second drunk guy jumps kills himself. First drunk guy goes back to the bar. Bartender says geez Mr. Kent you sure do lose a lot of people on rooftops.
i must say this is perfect timing, because we just got 2 feet of snow in our area. i'm hoping to be able to dig out before the end of the week.
With Kong being down on Tuesday 26th for approx 4 hours, will us Kong players get an extra 4 hours added to the weekday calendar?
