Just a tip for people who are interested in getting the most out of their online customer service interactions: maybe don't choose an email that references a racist organization, a famous terrorist, or an act of sexual assault. It's not, like, a rule or anything. Technically a person's email address should have no impact on the quality of service they receive from any business. However I can tell you from experience that it's a lot easier to be nice to someone when their email address doesn't make me want to physically distance myself from my monitor. Where is All the New Stuff? During last week’s TGIF I noticed a trend of replies asking where all of the updates or new features are. Your feedback did not fall upon deaf ears as I relayed to the developers early this week that you guys are hungry for some new stuff and they will be dedicating some time over the next while to bringing out some of the long-confirmed additions and ideas that have been floating around. Don't want to be negative but s it the Autumn 2015 contest the new feature you was referring about last week?
And that dang Refresh page is back... Wen shall you fix that..... Every single time raid is close it is like this... I hater raids... Agree whit Bully wen we get thew stuff??? This week??
The new stuff will not be coming out this week nor in the immediate future, it does take some time to work on things. The goal of my post last week was that I wanted to let you guy know that I heard your feedback and told the developers to bump up some more visible tasks in the queue.
I don't think that it will include a New Land, more probably a community asked feature/update that 99.9% of the players never heard about, and it will be a big surprise for us
