Always enjoy the newsletter, but for some reason I can't collect the loyalty reward. All I get is "Thank you for your loyalty, but you have already collected this reward. Check our App Page and Twitter often for more rewards." Don't know if it's a glitch or what but I got the message first time I clicked.
The reward links were making the rounds before the newsletter was sent, so if you clicked on one of those and received the "Icicle Bulwark", then you have already collected the rewards. If you have doubts, you can contact Support and we'll double-check for you.
Sorry about that, just found it in Armor. Did click on something a few days ago so must of been for the reward, thank you
