Lot of times the out of ranges you can beat ... so u do. U might also want to see who u hit on bounty and if they are slapping or attacking u, u can see if they are online and be prepared. You also have a tick box to use if you don't want to see the higher ups. Use it if you like. end of problem.
A lot of people can beat out of range opponents, this was done for non-existent fight list along with the Vahallas. There is a check box to hide them if wish to do so top right of battle list.
