Support doesn't take action based on reports alone, regardless of how many tickets we receive or who has sent them. Warnings or penalties are never applied unless our own investigation has turned up evidence of an issue. So if, for example, you get a suspension with a notice asking you to maybe not direct profanity at people, it's not necessarily the result of a grand conspiracy of other players telling lies and trying to get you in trouble. More likely a team member reviewing your game thought that your recent message calling someone a **** ***ing piece of **** **** seemed a bit excessive.
