As a reminder, the following numbers are permanently frozen accounts, and don't count temporary freezes.

The majority of permanently frozen accounts are frozen for being a shared or alternate account. This is something we actively investigate, and we appreciate players reporting suspicious accounts to us.

If you have any questions or comments about a frozen account, please direct them through Support as the Forums are not the place to discuss account freezes, because of the sensitive account information involved.

August Monthly Calendar!

This month's calendar is particularly august. The August Monthly Calendar is now available and runs until the end of the month!



Manual Collection of Daily Rewards!

Earlier this week the developers pushed out a long-requested community idea to be able to manually collect Daily Rewards. Instead of automatically collecting your rewards, there’s now a handy “Collect Now” button to leave when you want your rewards up to you! Check out more information on this here.

Monday is a civic holiday here in Canadaland, so be aware there may be some Support delays next week. However I will be around in a limited capacity on the 4th to help make sure any burning issues get attention.

Now, I will admit that my expertise in Civil Law is rudimentary, however I would like to put forward a few thoughts:

1) It is impolite to declare that you will file a lawsuit against another person unless you have a sincere intention of doing so.

2) It is highly recommended that you consult a legal adviser before making the decision to file a lawsuit. (Note: claiming to have contacted a lawyer when you have not done so is also impolite.)

3) Having consulted a legal adviser and wishing to express a sincere intention to file a lawsuit against another individual, it is recommended you contact the recipient privately and through non-game channels. Please consult with your legal adviser for the best way to go about this.

Following these simple guidelines should help to ensure your legal concerns are taken seriously and resolved smoothly, with a reduced likelihood of amusing remarks from unsympathetic bystanders.
