Player Bans February 16 - February 22 As a reminder, the following numbers are permanently frozen accounts, and don't count temporary freezes. FB: 41 KanoPlay: 25 The majority of permanently frozen accounts are frozen for being a shared or alternate account. This is something we actively investigate, and we appreciate players reporting suspicious accounts to us. If you have any questions or comments about a frozen account, please direct them through Support as the Forums are not the place to discuss account freezes, because of the sensitive account information involved. Our March content is being prepped for release and, I am excited about the stuff we have on deck, particularly for Viking Clan. A few additional notes regarding discussions about account bans: No, it's not the same small number of people making alt accounts and getting them taken away over and over again. We have a lot of people in our communities, and also sometimes find pockets of old, infrequently used accounts that need cleaning up. Yes, we do take action against primary accounts, including paid ones. However we consider permanent bans to be a last resort and find they are not usually necessary. This is not new or earth-shattering information, but we find it bears repeating from time to time.
