Im sure the answer will be no, but is there a way to completly reset/return your talents/skill points?
currently no. i did make a suggestion to when achieving final achievements for "health,stam,attack,defense,energy"that you should be able to rearrange for a cost of favor points/un credits.
I don't see why there is such a call for this, I mean, unless you are making a totally non-PVP character, you need all the stats anyway. If you "misplaced" one, suck it up, you'll need that stat point sooner or later anyway...
