Nothing maxes out. Now the achievements end but you can keep placing skill points any place you like. Where to put them? All depends on what type of player you want to be and how long you think you are going to play. Play a little, research the forum, join a syndicate and ask your synd mates, then do what you want not what someone tells you to do. Be your own player not another cookie cutter toon.
