[VC] Requests for Boss Help, posting delay, large window popup

    I am getting a very long delay in posting for Boss Help, in FB VC. Delay is on the magnitude of 5-7 seconds. This is apparently getting longer ...

    Also the window to post the request is getting apparently larger.

    This was not behaving like this "before" where it would pop up in 1-2 seconds, and the window would be 50% smaller.

    will see if disabling shockwave/flash makes a diff
